The International Foundation Year?
DIFC Ireland has partnered with NCUK to offer the International Foundation Year (IFY), a qualification designed for international students to get entry to a top university in Ireland and the UK.
START IN September 2024
Students can start the International Foundation Year program at DIFC in Dublin, Ireland in September 2024 to prepare for entry to University in 2025.
NO VISA REQUIRED
Students from Malaysia do not need to apply for an entry visa to come to study in Ireland.

PATHWAYS

Students are taught the subjects on the NCUK IFY foundation year program at DIFC that are specific to the Degree program they want to study when they join University after DIFC.
FAST TRACK
The NCUK IFY foundation year program that is delivered at DIFC (which is equivalent to A Levels for non-EU students) is run over either 9 months (September intake) or 7 months (January intake – which is a more intensive).
This is compared to A Levels which is run over 2 years so the NCUK IFY foundation year program saves the student both time and money in getting entry to their chosen Degree program at University in Ireland and the UK.
