Why did you choose to study in Ireland?
I’ve always wanted to further my studies overseas so that I got to learn about different cultures and meet with different people. After some research, I was quickly attracted by the peacefulness and hospitality of the people in Ireland.
What did you love about living in Ireland?
Ireland is in Europe which makes travelling easy. In addition, I love the small size of Ireland which allows me to go around conveniently. Also, Ireland has a myriad of special events which makes my stay full of fun.
What did/do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy taking random walks in Dublin. The city is very beautiful. I can easily start a conversation with friendly people.
What is your favourite food?
As a foodie, there is a myriad of food that I found tasty. Among them, the most unforgettable meal is the Korean cuisine in Arisu Restaurant that me and my classmates went to.
What is your fondest memory?
I took part in a lot of activities here. It’s hard to choose the fondest memory as all of them are valuable. However, one that makes me feel at home is the celebration of Chinese New Year in my friend’s house.
If you had any advice for future DIFC students, what would it be?
Treasure the time here as 9 months is a short time. Try your very best to enjoy your life here. This small city has tons of fun waiting for the explorer. So, keep exploring.
